These Terms govern your use of thooyabhoomi.farm and any purchase from Thooya Bhoomi (sole proprietor: Minu Priyadharsini G; "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products & Pricing

We sell natural farm products (cold-pressed oils, rice, and other farm produce). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. As these are natural products, slight variation in colour, aroma, sediment and quantity is normal and is not a defect.

Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline (for example due to stock availability or delivery-area constraints). An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until the order is dispatched.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. We do not collect, see, or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials.

Nature of Products

Our products are natural and perishable. Minor variation in colour, aroma, texture, sediment, or quantity between batches is inherent to natural farming and is not a defect. Please store products as indicated on packaging.

Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, illustrations, and the Thooya Bhoomi name and logo — is owned by Thooya Bhoomi and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
