We take care to pack and dispatch our natural farm products safely so they reach you in perfect condition. Here is what to expect.

Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the countdown begins the next business day.

Delivery estimate

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:

• Within Tamil Nadu: approximately 3–5 business days
• Elsewhere in India: approximately 5–8 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier.

Shipping charges

Any applicable delivery charge is calculated based on your delivery area and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Self-pickup

Tracking

Where available, we will share tracking information or dispatch details via email or WhatsApp once your order is on its way.

Delays

Natural factors (weather, regional conditions) or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery timelines. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
